1. Estate planning (Estates), where we draft documents for the client to create an estate plan. This is especially useful for families/individuals that own real property or have an end-stage medical diagnosis, but everyone should have an estate plan. We strongly encourage estate planning clients to open an intake and start the process at least two weeks prior to the clinic. Examples of estate planning services include:
   a. Trusts
   b. Wills
   c. Healthcare planning/directives
   d. Financial or general powers of attorney
2. Probate is anything related to the estates and probate process that is not document preparation to create an estate plan for the client. Some examples include:
   a. Family disputes over property after someone dies
   b. Questions about the probate or trust administration process
   c. Property transfer post-death
   d. Questions about a conservatorship dispute
