Sandra Chung
Chief Operating Officer
Sandra Chung, NLSLA’s Chief Operating Officer, is committed to improving and increasing access to justice for low-income communities. She previously served as Director of Grants Management and Compliance and a supervising attorney at NLSLA, overseeing the organization’s Lawyers Preventing and Ending Homelessness Project and the Workers’ Rights team.
Before joining NLSLA, Sandra directed domestic violence initiatives for Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Southern California, and served as a staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. She serves on the board of the Legal Aid Association of California and previously served on the board of the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California.
Sandra earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminology, Law & Society and Psychology & Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
