Chief Financial Officer

Jill M. Corral joined Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County (NLSLA) as Chief Financial Officer in October 2025. In her role, she leads the organization’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal strength, transparency, and long-term sustainability in support of NLSLA’s mission to provide access to justice for underserved communities.

Jill brings over 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and public-sector finance, with a proven record of modernizing financial systems, building high-performing teams, and aligning resources to advance organizational priorities. Prior to joining NLSLA, she served as Chief of Finance and Administration at the Santa Catalina Island Conservancy, where she strengthened financial infrastructure, technology systems, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Beyond her professional work, Jill is passionate about mentorship and community engagement. She volunteers her time supporting youth development initiatives, helping young people build confidence, leadership skills, and career readiness.
