Esteban Rodriguez represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters including class action and mass tort cases alleging product liability, false advertising, unfair competition, and other consumer fraud claims. He regularly litigates large-scale multi-district and multi-state matters that are coordinated or consolidated in federal or state courts. Esteban has represented a variety of domestic and international companies including those that operate in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and consumer products industries.
In 2017, Esteban practiced as a visiting attorney in the Mexico City office of Solórzano, Carvajal, González, y Pérez-Correa, S.C. (“SOLCARGO”), a top-tier Mexican law firm. There, Esteban worked on various adversarial matters including international arbitrations and commercial litigation pending in Mexican courts.
In the community, Esteban not only serves as Vice Chair of NLSLA’s Board of Directors – he also devotes significant time to immigration-related pro bono matters and to the firm’s Trial Advocacy Prosecution Program where he’s tried multiple jury trials and argued appellate matters on behalf of the City of Redondo Beach.
Esteban is a recipient of the 2019 O’Melveny Warren Christopher Values Award, which recognizes attorneys who embody the firm’s values of excellence, leadership, and citizenship.
