Representative Adam Schiff Honors Former NLSLA Executive Director Neal Dudovitz
Retired NLSLA Executive Director Neal Dudovitz was honored in the Congressional Record by U.S. Representative Adam B. Schiff, who commended Dudovitz for his years of service and called him “a visionary leader and advocate in providing access to legal representation and justice to the underprivileged for over four decades.”
Schiff, a longtime supporter of NLSLA who represents a congressional district that includes Glendale, currently serves as chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Dudovitz, he said, has been “an agent of change.”
“Mr. Dudovitz has been a tireless and effective advocate for legal services,” he said, calling him a partner in the congressman’s efforts to support the Legal Services Corporation – the federal agency that funds legal aid programs across the country.
He asked Congress to join him in honoring Dudovitz for his “outstanding contributions to the Los Angeles community.”
