NLSLA believes access to safe, affordable housing is a human right. We can assist with various housing issues including defending eviction actions, addressing unsafe housing conditions, or removing barriers to getting housing. We also partner with homeless services agencies to provide free legal help to individuals experiencing homelessness and those facing imminent risk of homelessness in the County of Los Angeles.
